Christine Ricks is originally from Salt Lake City, Utah and is currently based there. She creates quilts, textile art, and watercolor mixed media pieces inspired by nature, often drawing on florals, native plants, and landscapes as symbols of resilience, growth, and transformation. Her work blends richly layered fabrics, expressive stitching, and vibrant color with the fluidity of watercolor, capturing both the visual and emotional essence of the natural world. When she’s not in the studio, you can find her immersed in K-dramas and K-pop, especially as a devoted fan of BTS, drawn to the storytelling, artistry, and emotional depth of the genre.
