Collection: Rachel Nelson

Rachel Ensign Nelson is originally from Sandy, Utah and is currently based in Holladay. She creates floral and landscape oil paintings inspired by scenes she photographs on daily walks, hikes, and travels. Her work explores dappled sunlight, atmospheric perspective, and dynamic negative space, often featuring what she calls her alliterative subjects: flowers, fields, farms, fruit, and flags. When she’s not painting, you can find her playing late-night indoor soccer with her husband.
