Michelle Giolas is originally from Salt Lake City, Utah and is currently based in Holladay, Utah. She primarily works in acrylic on canvas and art boards, often pairing her pieces with carefully chosen vintage frames that complement the style and mood of each work. Her art spans a range of subjects - including figures, landscapes, florals, and still life. All of which are known for their sense of whimsy, playful abstraction, and lighthearted tone. When she’s not painting, you can find her running her interior design business, Magpie Home and Market, spending time with her three daughters and eight grandchildren, or, whenever possible, at the beach enjoying the ocean.
